The breakfast was marvellous with muffins and great Vegan options and cake and amiable stuff. Greatly enjoyed the location by beautiful hills. Moreover, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Fawe Park.

Overall clean place with absolutely breathtaking view over Bassenthwaite lake and Skiddaw. Well decorated and well-appointed room, incredibly large bed and pillows.

Everything was really good, so were breathtaking views of the mountains. The location couldn't be more perfect and magnificent to walking trails. Further, it was adjacent to Keswick and the start of the Catbells trail and all locations. ...

Location: the hotel was just next door to great walks into the surrounding fells and valleys, beautiful surroundings and the start of the Catbells trail. The staff were really friendly every time I dealt with them....  

The hotel was in a stunning location, to Lake District. It was also near Keswick, hill, and the Skiddaw mountains.

The breakfast was perfect, with helpful staff and lots of food. The location was amazing by the nearby park. I loved it so would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The hosts, Helen and Phil, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even greeted us at the door and took care of our luggage. Each afternoon, they treated us to tea and cake, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. The location of this hotel is perfect, situated in a peaceful village with some good pubs within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, it is conveniently located on a bus route, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
