The breakfast was marvellous with muffins and great Vegan options and cake and amiable stuff. Greatly enjoyed the location by beautiful hills. Moreover, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Fawe Park.

Overall clean place with absolutely breathtaking view over Bassenthwaite lake and Skiddaw. Well decorated and well-appointed room, incredibly large bed and pillows.

A peaceful and great place to stay with a comfortable bar. New-fashioned rooms. Extremely comfy bed, delicious and perfect breakfast.

Well-appointed double room, comfortable beds. Amazing and great location, on local eating establishments. Not far from garden as well as the Car park.

Marvellous and stunning location for enjoying pubs and restaurants a short walk to the hotel. Based in a beautiful area. Immaculately clean rooms and an awesome breakfast. The breakfasts with options to choose from.  

Everything was really good, so were breathtaking views of the mountains. The location couldn't be more perfect and magnificent to walking trails. Further, it was adjacent to Keswick and the start of the Catbells trail and all locations.  

The room was beautifully decorated, had a luxurious bathroom. The location was lovely, next to 3 pubs as well as great walks into the surrounding fells.

The hotel was in a stunning location, to Lake District. It was also near Keswick, hill, and the Skiddaw mountains.
